Implementing quality control is to make sure the product complies to the customer's requests. Before delivering we do all the relevant tests in order to reject all the pieces that are not in compliance with the project.
This method can only be implemented if:

- required quality level is clearly stated in the technical specifications (characteristics to check, expected performance, accepted tolerance, etc…)
- all conditions in order to obtain quality are respected
- what to check and its periodicity have been previously defined
- checks are regularly executed
- any variation is quickly corrected in order to return process variance to accepted tolerance

Quality control can be performer in three different moments of the company's organization:

- when receiving raw materials: to avoid non complying materials enter the production process
- during the production process: on the semi-finished products
- when testing the finished products

Non complying products are stored in dedicated and closed areas to be subsequently analyzed and corrected.
