In our TSA department we have our pneumatic crimping presses with crimping strength monitoring.
Great adaptability to different wire diameters, quick applicator replacement, manual regulation of crimping height.
Even with extremely thin and light wires they perform excellent stability, resulting in total affordable and constant crimping height.
Thanks to their few components and easy design, these machines are long-lasting and easy to service. Standard crimping height is 135.8mm, measured from the applicator base plate to the press T-coupling when at Bottom Dead Center, so that they can easily accommodate all the mini-applicators.
The protective carter is realized in compliance to existing laws and manufactured by injection moulding with shockproof materials so to allow perfect transparency and visibility. Thus granting safety working conditions through security devices patented by Mecal.
