We own more than 50 kinds of crimping tools made to manually crimp any kind of terminal, even with reduced insulation (step 3). The crimping tools guarantee an excellent crimping as demonstrated by terminal/conductor tensile dynamometric tests under European regulations "EN 60352 - 2 mechanical crimping resistance" which were positive.
We also own a wide range of wire strippers to strip cables with different sections, typically of the automotive sector, in particular for thin and reduced insulation sections in order to correctly strip the cable avoiding cutting the strands. In the case of very thin sections, even cutting only a few strands will lead up to a 30% loss in the electric characteristic of the same conductor.
Last but not least, our extractors can extract the terminal from the connector's cavity avoiding damaging the terminal itself.
