Domenico Giannitti Company has always had a strong vocation for innovation and technology. We own last generation machines in cable manufacturing in order to guarantee high-quality standards.
Our cutting division is composed by:
- 7 cutting machines:
o 1 Crimper Center 65
o 2 Crimper Center 64
o 1 Makfil Magic 4
o 3 Komax Pc 333

Our cutting-stripping-crimping machines are equipped with swivel arm and are fully automated and extendible up to 3 crimping stations.
Each crimping module can manufacture side-feed and longitudinal-feed terminals with a side feed press on each side. With this system the other stations remain available for end feed supply, tinning and seal insertion.
Production parameters are managed by PC with Windows operating system. Production data and cable type can be memorized, displayed and modified. Production data acquisition (PDA) and production process integrated control help optimize planning and checking.

- 3 Stripping-Crimping machines: can cut up to 95 mm section cables.
- Ultrasonic Welders AMTECH: for high quality welding, these machines have 4 control levels: welding power, welding time, height before welding, final cable height.
- 6 Presses for manual crimping MECAL
