Mini-applicators are implied to crimp terminals manually or automatically. All of our mini-applicators (around 140) are
last generation products, realized in cast iron and can support a side or front personalization. Spare parts easy to replace, accessible and easy to adjust.
Every mini-applicator has a its seven-digit items counter that can be serviced at regular intervals. Ring nuts with fixed lobes or continuous regulation can vary the crimping height. Each mini-applicator has its own documentation which includes: technical data, model, serial number, part list, exploded view diagram and use and maintenance manual.
We carried an exhaustive study over each mini-applicator to verify its capability and micrography of the crimped terminal for each crimping section.
